Zyraz’s Chocolates are made with 100% Vegetable derivatives and are Suitable for Vegetarian. As we process nuts in some of our products, along with some lines of seafood extracts, nuts and allergy sufferers are requested to check their doctors before consumption. Our products are developed by ZYRAZ TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD and manufactured by ZAIRA FOOD TECHNOLOGY(NS809H), which is our manufacturing plant in Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan. The premises are leased to ZAIRA FOOD TECHNOLOGY (ZFT) and is a subsidiary of ZYRAZ TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD.
Although some designer product lines and custom made orders are made by ZYRAZ TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD, the products are the same. We DO NOT OUTSOURCE our manufacturing nor do we employ a contractor to do so. We are also compliant to the FAIR TRADE PRACTICES where best prices are given to the producers. All our development are done in-house at our Damansara office where we look into new products to entice your taste buds.
Our products are randomly tested at MARKET LEVEL by independent government agencies, so there are checks in place to ensure the product you consume is of high standard. Meaning that we don’t send the products off to the labs ourselves, but someone from the government compliance agency will purchase our product from a local store randomly and test them at different independent labs. This is a sure way to ensure our products are not perked up and delivered just for inspection sake. This is in accordance to our compliance of MUIS HALAL-MQ requirements and are part of our ISO9002 QMSA procedures. ISO9002 means we manufacture and deploy our own products and this is despite we develop our own in-house products.This is in line with FDA requirements for export of food products to US and countries that adopt that standard.
